Newly constructed in 2024, Martin Lakefront Retreat is a thoughtfully designed property on the shores of Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. Every detail — from the luxury mattresses to the Smart TVs in every room — was chosen to make your stay effortless and memorable.
The main floor features a king master suite with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and the primary living area with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling lake views. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a second living area, and a bunk room perfect for kids.
Step outside to the spacious patio with Adirondack chairs, a flat-top grill, and direct access to your private dock — the perfect perch for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and everything in between.

The spacious lakeside patio features comfortable Adirondack chairs, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a flat-top grill for cookouts with a view. The yard is set up for fun, with cornhole and giant Connect 4 for all ages.
Note: Lake Martin levels are lowered November through April. The dock is not accessible by boat during this period, but kayak access remains easy year-round.
